Arethusa Lodge is a prime spot for watching birdlife amid the peaceful surroundings of our 14-hectare wetland reserve.
Grey duck, mallard and spotless crake are just some of the inhabitants found roaming this rare dune lake ecosystem. The lodge has six bunks, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom outside.

Facilities
The lodge sleeps six people, with two single beds in one room and four bunk beds in the other. There is also a day bed in the lounge.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with running water and gas hobs. The lodge is supplied by tank water, which is rain-fed.
There is a separate bathroom located outside. This has a flushing toilet and a shower.
There is no internet access and cellphone reception is limited.
