Join Forest and Bird Youth, North Canterbury Branch Forest and Bird and The Estuary Trust for an Estuary tree planting and Q & A event with City Council and ECan candidates at the Southshore Spit reserve. Candidates will briefly state their position on and understanding of the value and health of the estuary and other Christchurch wetlands, and also join in planting and 'talk and learn' walks.

Meet at the Southshore Spit Reserve at the end of Rocking Horse Road. Plants and spades provided by the Estuary Trust and the CCC rangers.

Please wear sturdy footwear and warm clothes and please stay home if you are unwell.
