This will be an opportunity to raise the profile of environmental issues in the local government election campaign. The meeting will take the same format as one held by Nelson Environment Centre at the 2019 Nelson City Council election, with questions chosen by a panel made up from a representative from each of the four partners, plus iwi. Scott Burnett will represent Forest & Bird on the panel.
