Pauline has been in the news lately needing support for the South Island Wildlife Hospital (SIWH) and the work caring for native birds, whether they are starving, in the case of seabirds impacted by climate change and Kea being poisoned by lead, or the many birds being hit on the road like 'Crash" the Ruru brought in last week after being hit by a car. Pauline and her crew are dedicated to helping taonga species and they need our help. Come and hear Pauline talk about her work with Kea Conservation Trust and DoC. Our branch has already given a donation of $300 towards the campaign for improved facilities. We will be passing the basket around to help at the talk.
