Myrene Otis from the Unviersity of Otago will talk about her research on the movement and behaviour of Tawaki/Fiordland Crested Penguin (Eudyptes pachyrhynchus) breeding in Milford Sound.

This project invstigates the foraging ecology of Tawaki breeding in a fiord ecosystem and assess the significance of behavioural states and environmental variables in determining their foraging patterns.

This will the last of our monthly indoor meetings. Moving forward, we are excited to begin a series of quarterly forums to discuss topical conservation issues. We will provide more information soon!
